Remote Support Service
  • Powercycling-manually switch on/off or restart the customer’s device to plug andunplug the network peripheral card
  • Cablesand connection -- physically insert and remove cables from ports; installationand removal of copper/fiber jumpers; provide cable insertion and removal marking
  • Monitoringreport -- provides a visual monitoring and alarm report of the user’s equipment
  • Equipmentinstallation and management --  unpackingand installing equipment; installing cables; replacing or removinghot-swappable and modular equipment
