Primary Objective
Primary reporting to the PBS CEO, the Finance Head role will provide both strategic and
operational support to the organization. This position supervises the finance unit and the other
functions assigned by CEO. And it is the chief financial spokesperson for the organization
Primary Accountabilities
Operational support (60-70%):
1. Lead and manage the group reporting on P/L, budget, monthly forecast, cash flow forecast,
mid-month forecast/ flash, Balance Sheet, Capex, review reconciliations
2. Review all financial reports and statements and other reports to various stake holders
3. Operationalize and implement the agreed plan, escalating unanticipated variations for
approval
4. Communicate and ensure understanding of agreed business plan to own business area
5. Ensure compliance with all local accounting and statutory requirements
6. Own the financial strategy input across company’s all growth
7. Own and manage the treasury function to manage short and long term liquidity
8. Lead all tax matters to ensure compliance with all relevant stakeholders
9. Lead Billing function to ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of all customer invoices
10. Lead teams of 20-35 people including Finance unit and other functions assigned by CEO
Strategic support (30-40%):
1. Engage and lead internal and external stakeholders in driving the business. Build
sophisticated influence strategies across all stakeholders to ensure profitable and
sustainable growth
2. Achieve the delivery of the defined functional business objectives, including what is
specified in the role’s key technical performance accountabilities, within prescribed
parameters and agreed budget
3. Design, implement and continuously improve processes, products and systems within
specified parameters to optimize performance
4. Lead Finance role in ensuring the listing of the company on appropriate exchanges

5. Implement agreed complex step improvement projects
6. Other tasks and job duties assigned by CEO or adjustment followed by the company structure
change
Qualifications
1. Master/Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting with CPA or equivalent qualification is an asset
2. 12-15 years or above financial/accounting and business partner experience from a MNC is a
must
3. Proven experience in working with senior client groups with ability to influence and challenge
positively with stakeholders at all levels
4. Strong business acumen with sound commercial judgment to understand the underlying
business drivers
5. Experience leading & working with cross-functional teams and working in a global organization
across a matrix environment
6. Business partnering, people leadership & influencing skills
7. Ability to prioritize multiple projects with varying degrees of complexity with large business
project management skills
8. Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
9. Proactive approach, resourceful and self-motivated
10. Capable to prioritize and manage different deadlines, ad-hoc requests and regular deliverables
effectively
11. Fluency in Mandarin and English is a must
12. Experience working within PRC is desirable
